Coaching Philosophy

As the new head coach of a re-emerging program, I want to establish a tone that I believe will make this program successful.  As a former player of a top program as well as a coach with many different levels of experience, I expect any player that puts on the Rosemont jersey to work hard, hustle and give a full commitment to the team and themselves.  These are all qualities I possessed as a player and  would expect nothing less from one of my own players.

I am a passionate coach who is ready to take this program to the next level. I want to get the best out of any player.   My practices will be tough mentally and physically, but I can guarantee that improvement will be made and the experience will be invaluable.  We will work hard on conditioning and game-specific training.  There is a famous slogan that is well known which goes,"We work out butts off so we can kick yours."  Being a member of my program, you will work hard but will reap the many benefits that it comes with.  My program will also offer each student-athlete great experience and opportunity to play.

Learning not only will come from the playing field but the classroom as well.  I believe in the STUDENT-athlete.  I am fully committed to making sure my athletes are dedicated to learning on and off the field.  You will not only learn playing skills, but time management, work ethic and leadership.
