Leigh Pesko steps into the head position for the Ramblers. She enters the position with a lifetime of experience starting from her time at Haverford Senior High School where she was a four year letter winner in lacrosse, basketball and volleyball. From there, she went to West Chester University where she was a member of the lacrosse team for four years. The team was the NCAA Division II National Championship runners-up all four of Pesko’s years. She was busy off the field, being President of Phi Epsilon Kappa (Kinesiology Honors Society) as well as gaining academic honors including the Athletic Director’s Athletic Honor Roll, PSAC scholar athlete, Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association Division II Academic Honor Roll and the National Dean’s List. She graduated in 2007 with a degree in Kinesiology.

Pesko’s coaching experience started in 2002 when she was a Haverford Township Recreation Department Lacrosse League Coach. Currently, she helps run the annual West Chester University Lacrosse Clinic as well as coaches the Pennsylvania Area Women’s Lacrosse team that won the Keystone State Games in 2005 and 2006. 

Pesko is completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Drexel University. She resides in Philadelphia.
