BOYLE GETS END OF YEAR SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD

Rosemont, PA –Senior captain Andrea Boyle (Swarthmore, PA/Cardinal O’Hara) was named to the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference’s (PAC) All-Sportsmanship Team for women’s basketball.  The team is comprised of one member of each PAC team.  The player is selected by her own coach. 

As the team’s lone senior, Boyle was the paradigm of respect to her own teammates and coaches as well as to her opponents.  Boyle was a strong leader on a squad that consisted of seven new players to the team.  She led the team in scoring this year and broke the school record for free throw percentage.
