FIELD HOCKEY: TWO STUDENT-ATHLETES REPRESENT ON ALL-CONFERENCE TEAMS

ROSEMONT – Junior goalkeeper Adriann Demchenko (Philadelphia/George Washington) and senior forward Alexis Feyoudehappy (Jersey City, N.J./School of the Future) represented on the Colonial States Athletic Conference’s end of the year all-conference teams. Demchenko was named All-Conference Second Team goalkeeper while Feyoudehappy was chosen to represent on the All-Sportsmanship Team.

The All-Conference Team is selected by the head coaches of the 11 CSAC field hockey teams through a ballot system. This is Demchenko’s second year on the all-conference team. This season, Demchenko notched 291 saves, leading all of the CSAC and Division III in saves per game (19.40) and also placing her second in the conference and in the top 25 of Division III for save percentage (.824).

The All-Sportsmanship Team is comprised of one representative from head school that is selected by the head coach. Feyoudehappy was a positive and respectful presence on the field always treating her teammates, coaches and opponents with the utmost respect.

The Rambler field hockey team has finished its 2008 season going 2-13 and finishing 10th in the CSAC.
