GRIFFINS SWEEP ROSEMONT

ROSEMONT, Pa- The Rambler softball team was swept by Gwynedd Mercy by the scores of 26-0 and 17-0.  The Ramblers end their season 0-25 overall and 0-20 in the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC).

The Griffins pitching staff allowed only two Rambler hits with game-one starter Susan Miller throwing a 5-inning perfect game.  Miller struck out 10.

Rosemont said goodbye to seniors Kristen Reilly (Pottstown, Pa/Boyertown) and Kaitlin Rogers (Philadelphia, Pa/Bartram).  Rogers finished the day with one hit.  First-year Karen Boyle (Swarthmore, Pa/Archbishop Prendergast) earned the only other hit.
