ROSEMONT – First year Olesya Kuchma (St. Davids/Radnor) was named the Colonial States Athletic Conference’s Player of the Week Honorable Mention for the week ending September 27th. Kuchma was 2-0 in second singles action and 2-0 in first doubles helping her team get key conference victories against Keystone and Baptist Bible Colleges.
In her rookie season, Kuchma has compiled an impressive 6-2 record (4-1 in the CSAC) at second singles. She and first doubles partner Priyanka Reddy (Syosset, N.Y./Syosset) have had great success notching a near perfect 7-1 record (4-1 in the CSAC).
This is Kuchma’s first conference honor of the year.
