ASTON – Despite a goal senior co-captain Liz Kemp (Williamstown, N.J./Williamstown), the Rosemont College field hockey team dropped a conference game to Neumann University 5-1. This loss drops the Ravens to 0-8 overall and 0-3 in the Colonial States Athletic Conference.
Kemps goal came in the 64th minute off a pass from first year Ashley Montecchio (Aston/Sun Valley). The Ravens totaled 10 shots, seven on goal.
Senior goalkeeper Adriann Demchenko (Philadelphia/George Washington) recorded 12 saves in the loss.
Rosemont gets back into action on Wednesday, October 7th as they host College of Notre Dame at 4pm.
