Kuchma and Karis Coad Earn CSAC Women’s Tennis Honors

ASTON, Pa. – The two seniors on the Rosemont women’s tennis team were honored by the CSAC today as the conference released the All-CSAC teams.

Olesya Kuchma (St. Davids, Pa.) was named to the All-CSAC Honorable Mention team. Kuchma completed another excellent season playing in the #1 singles flight, compiling a 10-2 record (8-2 CSAC). Playing #1 singles in her career, Kuchma had an overall record of 42-6 playing (.875) and a CSAC record of 33-5 (.868).

Karis Coad (Baltimore, Md.) was named by Head Coach Daniel Gordy as Rosemont’s representative of the CSAC All-Sportsmanship team. The All-Sportsmanship team is comprised of one member from each CSAC institution’s team that has displayed good sportsmanship throughout the season. Each institution’s coach nominates the student-athlete to be named to the team. Coad completed her final season on a high note, earning an overall 7-5 record in singles (6-5 at #2, 1-0 at #3).
